Alo, a collection of women’s and men’s performance apparel named after Air, Land and Ocean. The line is both stylish and functional and features performance-driven fabrics, fashion-forward colors, dynamic details, technical features and sport-inspired design. The collection was designed with active, on-the-go individuals in mind. Alo’s connection to these featured elements goes deeper than its name with a strong commitment to being green with its apparel and daily business operations. Alo continuously seeks and adopts environmentally responsible practices including: Using eco-friendly materials such as organic cotton and bamboo to its fabric mix in several pieces; printing catalogs on post-consumer recycled paper; producing hangtags from recycled materials; having a paperless warehouse facility; company vehicles that use alternative fuel sources; and using only environmentally friendly solvents in its facilities. Alo is also in the process of converting to solar power in its corporate headquarters among other efforts to be conscious and aware of its surroundings and the environment. Our philosophy demonstrates our willingness to embrace change and improve our world.
